Graham Killeen - Executive Director

Graham Killeen is an award-winning writer, theater producer and director, and filmmaker. For almost a decade he covered entertainment for the Milwaukee Journal Sentinel, reviewing films and theater, interviewing celebrities, and writing arts features. He has over 100 theater credits, most recently directing for the Hartford Players, Waukesha Civic Theatre, Go Fish Productions, and West Bend Children’s Theatre. Killeen also co-founded Rogue Stage Theater where he produced and directed Spring Awakening and August: Osage County which were nominated for Footlights Awards for Outstanding Direction and won Outstanding Musical and Play. Killeen has written, directed, and produced feature length films, shorts, music videos, commercials, and industrials. His movies have screened at Columbia University, the NYC Downtown Short Film Festival and the Independence Film Festival, picking up awards for Best Action Adventure Film at the Dusk Till Dawn Film Festival in Texas, Best Horror Film at the Trail Dance Film Festival in Oklahoma, and Best Screenplay at the Milwaukee 48 Hour Film Project. He was also named Best Local Filmmaker in a Shepherd Express readers’ poll. Killeen has judged arts events and lectured at the Milwaukee Art Museum, the University of Wisconsin Milwaukee, Milwaukee Area Technical College, and the Milwaukee High School of the Arts.

Tracy Pelt - Board President

Tracy Pelt serves as President of the Board of Cedar Creek Players, where she is passionate about expanding access to high-quality performing arts opportunities for all ages. With more than two decades of experience in operations and marketing, along with service to other nonprofit organizations, Tracy brings a strong background in nonprofit governance, fundraising, and marketing operations. She is committed to building sustainable partnerships and growing the impact of Cedar Creek Players. Above all, she wants local theater to remain welcoming to newcomers and help performers and others discover their talents.

When she's not volunteering, Tracy enjoys spending time with her family, traveling, and supporting her daughters' love of music and theater.

Dan Eernisse - Board Vice President

A lifelong lover of the theater, Dan has worked extensively behind the scenes to help bring the performing arts to our local community. Having volunteered for years with the Cedarburg Children’s Theater building sets, running shows, helping kids learn lines and doing whatever else was needed, he jumped at the opportunity to be a part of the Cedar Creek Players and its opportunities for actors of all ages. Initially signing on as Set Manager, he eventually made his on stage debut as Howie Newsome in the inaugural production of Our Town. Dan is thrilled to be ushering the Cedar Creek Players into their next chapter and beyond.

When not planning for the next production or working in his day job as a Software Engineer, he loves music (both listening to and performing), playing golf and spending time with his family.

Sadie Killeen - Secretary

Sadie has been designing and creating costumes for the stage and screen for 20 years. After a brief hiatus to focus on family, she is excited to work with director/ husband Graham and the newly formed Cedar Creek Players! Previous credits include: James and the Giant Peach, Spring Awakening, and August, Osage County among others.

Chris Dwyer - Board Member

Chris’ retirement from theatre did not last very long. She is excited to be back as part of the team, this time around with Cedar Creek Players. Over the years Chris has been in multiple productions as an actress of some sort in the West Bend and Hartford areas. She also was the costumer for Musical Masquers in West Bend for several years. So here we go again, and she hopes you enjoy our upcoming productions!
